Role Overview:
We are seeking a foundational Marketing Strategist to architect our entire lead generation function from the ground up. This role is critical to our growth as you will design our marketing strategy, build our digital presence, create content that converts, make data-informed decisions, and cultivate genuine community relationships.

Responsibilities:
*   Design and execute FeedbackPulse's overall marketing strategy.
*   Build and manage our digital presence across relevant channels (SEO, SEM, social media, content platforms).
*   Create compelling content (blog posts, case studies, landing pages, email campaigns) that resonates with our target audiences (HR professionals, managers, growing companies) and drives conversions.
*   Analyze marketing data and campaign performance to make data-informed decisions and optimize for results.
*   Cultivate genuine relationships within relevant online communities and potentially offline events (e.g., HR tech, startup ecosystems).
*   Own and manage the entire lead generation funnel, from building awareness to delivering qualified leads.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
*   Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably within a B2B SaaS environment.
*   Demonstrated expertise in lead generation strategies and tactics (e.g., SEO, SEM, content marketing, email marketing, social media marketing).
*   Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to create clear, concise, and persuasive content.
*   Highly self-directed, proactive, and results-oriented, comfortable working independently and taking ownership in a remote setting.
*   Strong analytical skills to track performance and adjust strategies.
*   Experience marketing HR technology or employee engagement solutions is a significant plus.
