Senior Mobile Engineer

**About Felt Clinic:** Felt Clinic is building the first embedded care SDK for health apps. Our mission is to make access to a doctor simple and secure inside any mobile application. We want teams to stop worrying about provider contracting and focus on building awesome experiences.

**About The Role:** We are seeking a Senior Mobile Engineer to help us scale our products. You'll be developing powerful iOS and Android SDKs and integrating real-time communication tools, and shaping next-generation, AI ready, health experiences.

**Responsibilities:** 
- Design, develop, test, and maintain high-performance iOS and Android SDKs using SwiftUI and Kotlin, respectively.
- Integrate WebRTC for real-time communication and ensure seamless user experiences across platforms.
- Collaborate with the web team to ensure tight integration between mobile SDKs and the Next.js-based backend.
- Work with data scientists and AI engineers to design SDKs that can handle and process health-related data effectively.
- Contribute to the architecture and design of the entire product ecosystem, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of code quality and best practices.

**Requirements:**
- Proven experience in mobile development, specifically with iOS (SwiftUI) and Android (Kotlin).
- Deep understanding of software architecture and the ability to design complex, scalable systems.
- Strong proficiency in Swift, Kotlin, and the JavaScript ecosystem (TypeScript).
- Experience with modern web technologies including Next.js, Turborepo, and WebRTC.
- A passion for healthcare technology and a desire to make a positive impact on patient care.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

**What Sets You Apart:**
- Hands-on experience with cross-platform development or cloud services is a plus.
- Familiarity with AI/ML integration in mobile applications is highly valued.
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects and mentor others is a significant advantage.

**Compensation:** The estimated pay range for this role is $180,000 - $220,000. Additionally, this role is eligible for equity participation in Felt Clinic.
