**Role Overview:**
We are looking for an experienced AI engineer to build AI enabled solutions and help shape our AI strategy. You will work closely with engineering and product leaders to build and drive our AI roadmap.

**Your Impact (Responsibilities):**
* Advise leaders on AI technology, strategy, and policy.
* Develop, train ML models, and optimize AI algorithms.
* Develop prototypes and validate solutions via fast experimentation.
* Partner with product/engineering to ideate, design, and implement solutions.
* Analyze complex data sets for patterns and anomalies.
* Build data pipelines and cleanse data for ML models.
* Document AI processes, models, and relevant areas.
* Make hiring recommendations for AI skills.

**Your Experience (Requirements):**
* 2+ years as an AI Engineer building/deploying successful AI solutions.
* Strong programming skills (e.g., Python).
* Ability to test and validate models.
* Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks.
* Advanced knowledge in ML algorithms (Linear/Logistic regression, Decision tree, Bayesian, etc.).
* Excellent written/verbal communication.
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS, Math, Statistics, Data Science, or related field.

**Considered a Plus:**
* Expertise in developing/deploying AI/ML models.
* Experience with NLP and Computer Vision.
* Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
* Experience with Ruby, Ruby-on-Rails, React.
