**Role Overview:**
Lead the Core engineering team, overseeing foundational frameworks and features (User Management, Roles & Record Sets, Authentication, Documents, Notifications, Dashboards, Imports & Exports) used by other teams. Ensure seamless user experience and groundwork for future enhancements. Influence engineering leadership, technical strategy, code quality/performance, and mentorship.

Solid background in web application development (Ruby-on-Rails, React preferred) in a SaaS environment. Experience managing/inspiring high-performing teams, driving innovation, fostering collaboration. Strong problem-solver, adaptable, committed to quality user-centric solutions. **Your Impact (Responsibilities):**
* Partner with product managers to drive outcomes aligned with business goals.
* Contribute to product roadmap and OKRs.
* Manage projects against delivery timelines.
* Lead the team to deliver quality solutions.
* Collaborate with mobile counterparts.
* Develop and mentor talent for professional growth.
* Manage team performance (1-on-1s, reviews, feedback).
* Work with Senior/Staff Engineers on code quality.
* Foster a positive, productive work environment.
* Review team code as needed.

* Partner with engineering leaders on culture/practices.
* Communicate updates to stakeholders.
* Recruit top engineering talent.

**Your Experience (Requirements):**
* 2+ years leading engineering teams (Manager or Tech Lead).
* Proven experience building React, Ruby-on-Rails (preferred), or similar applications.
* Prior experience building SaaS solutions in an engineering capacity.
* Experience engaging with external vendors/partners (preferred).
* Strong track record leading engineers to deliver roadmaps/outcomes.
* Passion for attracting, developing, retaining engineers.
* Exceptional written/verbal communication skills.
