Senior Full Stack Engineer

We are hiring Senior Full Stack Engineers to contribute significantly to our platform's development. You will be responsible for designing, building, testing, and deploying features across the entire stack. This includes working on our Next.js/React frontend, Ruby on Rails backend, and GraphQL API.

Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and robust web applications using Next.js, React, MUI, Ruby on Rails, GraphQL, and Postgres.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality features.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving engineering practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in production environments.

Technical Skills Required:
- Strong proficiency in Ruby on Rails.
- Strong proficiency in modern JavaScript frameworks, specifically React and Next.js.
- Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Zustand).
- Experience with UI libraries like Material UI (MUI).
- Experience designing and consuming GraphQL APIs.
- Solid understanding of relational databases, particularly PostgreSQL.
- Familiarity with testing frameworks (e.g., RSpec, Jest, React Testing Library).
- Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
