We are seeking a driven and self-motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our sales team. As a mid-level SDR, you will play a critical role in generating leads and identifying new business opportunities for Flexhire. You will be responsible for researching potential clients, initiating outreach, qualifying leads, and setting up meetings for the sales team.

Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential clients within target markets.
- Conduct outbound prospecting through various channels (email, phone, social media).
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on defined criteria.
- Articulate Flexhire's value proposition clearly and concisely.
- Manage and track lead activity and pipeline in CRM software.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine lead generation strategies.
- Achieve or exceed monthly/quarterly quotas for qualified opportunities.

Technical Skills/Experience Required:
- 3+ years of experience in Inside Sales or Sales Development, preferably in B2B SaaS or HR Tech.
- Proven track record of exceeding lead generation targets.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) (3+ years).
- Experience with sales engagement tools (e.g., Outreach, SalesLoft).
- Strong understanding of pipeline management and sales strategy.
