The OTC derivatives market moves trillions of dollars daily on infrastructure that hasn’t fundamentally changed in decades. We’re building the platform for the next evolution of financial services.

Our Tech Stack

We are cloud-native employing serverless compute and IAC by design, with services written in both Python and Java. We leverage the latest foundation models and AI tooling, with a front end based on Typescript / React.

We have a fully automated SDLC utilizing Github, Logfire, Vercel and other technologies for rapid and continuous intraday deployment.

About the Role

In this role, you will build core services across our product offering, helping define and deliver the technology that powers our platform. This is a hands‑on role where you will spend your time designing and engineering features for real‑time systems which our clients rely on around the clock. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building for performance and scale, taking ownership, working in a fast‑moving environment, and contributing to the growth of a company shaping the future of institutional finance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Financial Engineering, or a related field
• This role is based in-person at our NYC office
• Strong proficiency in Python; knowledge of Java is a plus
• Experience working with NoSQL databases, such as MongoDB or DynamoDB
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and deployment tools (CDK, Terraform) and cloud providers (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Strong understanding of modern SDLC
• Strong understanding of software design principles
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience building or integrating Generative AI solutions (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini) for financial applications
• Familiarity with financial products and ideally complex derivatives
• Experience with trading, pricing, or risk systems
• Knowledge of financial market and reference data
• Understanding of data management and analytics
• Prior experience working with institutional clients or within capital markets
