**Role Overview:**
We are seeking an experienced Front End Senior Software Engineer to join our engineering team. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining the user interface of the Fluency platform, ensuring a high-quality, intuitive, and performant user experience for our clients managing complex advertising campaigns.

**Responsibilities:**
*   Lead the design and development of new user-facing features using Vue.js and modern JavaScript practices.
*   Build reusable code and libraries for future use.
*   Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
*   Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
*   Collaborate with back-end developers, product managers, and designers to deliver compelling features.
*   Mentor junior engineers and contribute to front-end best practices.
*   Troubleshoot and resolve frontend issues and bugs.

**Technical Skills Required:**
*   Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including ES6+ features.
*   Extensive experience with Vue.js and its core principles (or comparable frameworks like React/Angular with a willingness to learn Vue.js).
*   Solid understanding of HTML5 and CSS3, including preprocessors like SASS/LESS.
*   Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Vuex).
*   Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.
*   Experience with front-end build pipelines and tools (e.g., Webpack, Vite, npm/yarn).
*   Knowledge of testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Cypress).
*   Familiarity with AWS services (S3, Elastic Beanstalk) is a plus.

**Ideal Candidate:**
*   Proven experience as a Senior Front End Engineer or similar role.
*   Passionate about creating excellent user experiences.
*   Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
*   Ability to work autonomously within a collaborative remote team environment.
*   Excellent communication skills.
*   Experience in AdTech or with data-intensive applications is beneficial.
