Senior Design Engineer

**About The Role:** We are seeking a Senior Design Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between design and engineering by translating design systems into scalable React Native components. You will work closely with designers, product managers, and engineers to ensure our design system is implemented effectively and consistently across the platform.

**Responsibilities:**
* Collaborate with designers to translate Figma files into polished, scalable React Native components
* Build and maintain our design system, ensuring it meets the needs of our growing product
* Work with engineers to ensure the design system is implemented correctly and efficiently
* Stay up-to-date with the latest design and frontend technologies
* Conduct design reviews and provide technical guidance on implementation

**Requirements:**
* 5+ years of experience in frontend or design engineering
* Strong skills in React Native, TypeScript, and modern component libraries
* Nice-to-have: Experience with Tailwind CSS, Storybook, Framer Motion
* Fluent in design systems, responsive layouts, animation, and accessibility best practices
* Experience in implementing and scaling design systems

**Nice-to-have:**
* Experience with Bitcoin or cryptocurrency technologies
* Familiarity with mobile app stores and submission processes
* Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements
* Experience with Figma or other design tools
