About The Role: We are seeking a Lead QA Engineer to join our engineering team and establish quality assurance best practices across our product suite. In this leadership role, you will own our testing strategy, drive automation initiatives, and ensure the highest quality standards for our financial applications. This is an opportunity to shape our quality culture and mentor fellow engineers in testing methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and implement comprehensive quality assurance strategies
• Lead the design and implementation of test automation frameworks for iOS and Android
• Oversee manual and automated testing processes across multiple product tiers
• Collaborate with engineering teams to identify and address quality risks
• Champion test-driven development and continuous integration/continuous delivery practices
• Mentor engineers on testing methodologies and best practices
• Conduct code reviews for testability and quality
• Analyze test results and drive root cause analysis
• Stay current with industry trends in mobile testing and financial application quality

Requirements:

• Proven experience (5+ years) in software quality assurance, with a focus on mobile platforms
• Demonstrated experience leading QA initiatives and teams
• Expertise in iOS and Android automation testing frameworks (Maestro/WebDriver, Detox, Appium)
• Strong understanding of API testing and integration testing principles
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and testing infrastructure
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to balance technical depth with strategic leadership
