Client Success Specialist

**About Folio:** Folio empowers hoteliers to save time and money through automated procurement. Our Client Success team helps hotels implement and maximize value from our platform, driving operational efficiency and cost savings. This role requires a blend of technical understanding and customer success expertise to help hotels transform their procurement processes.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Onboard new hotel clients and implement Folio solutions
- Train hotel staff on platform usage and best practices
- Monitor client usage to identify optimization opportunities
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for procurement processes
- Gather client feedback to drive product improvements
- Develop training materials and documentation
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to enhance platform features

**Required Skills:**
- 3+ years of customer success or account management experience
- Strong understanding of hospitality operations and procurement
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Problem-solving mindset with focus on client outcomes
- Technical aptitude to understand platform features
- Relationship-building skills with ability to influence stakeholders

**Nice-to-Haves:**
- Background in hotel operations or hospitality industry
- Experience with procurement or supply chain management
- Familiarity with SaaS products and customer success methodologies
- Travel to hotel sites for onboarding and training

**Compensation:** The estimated pay range for this role is $140,000 - $180,000
