About The Role: We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer (Full-Stack) to join our platform team, where you will play a key role in building and scaling our financial technology products. This role involves working on features related to taxes and bookkeeping, which are critical for our users. You will collaborate with product and design teams to deliver innovative solutions that enhance our platform’s capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop full-stack features for taxes and bookkeeping
• Work with our backend and frontend teams to ensure seamless integration
• Optimize performance and scalability of tax and bookkeeping modules
• Collaborate with product managers to understand requirements and deliver high-quality code
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to code reviews
• Ensure the reliability and security of financial applications

Required Skills:

• Proven experience in full-stack development
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and React
• Experience with backend technologies like Node.js or Ruby on Rails
• Knowledge of database systems and optimization techniques
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or Google Cloud
• Understanding of financial regulations and tax compliance

• 8+ years of coding experience in relevant languages
• Track record of building scalable web applications
• Experience with distributed systems and microservices
