About The Role: As an AI Solutions Engineer at Foundry, you will be the technical bridge between our platform and our customers. You will help top ML teams succeed by leveraging Foundry’s compute infrastructure to solve complex AI challenges. This role requires a blend of technical expertise in AI/ML and strong customer-facing skills, with the ability to translate technical requirements into practical solutions. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding customers through deployment and optimization while also providing ongoing support to ensure their success on the platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead technical sales engagements by demonstrating Foundry’s capabilities and guiding customers through deployment processes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and technical stakeholders at forward-looking AI companies.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to address technical blockers and ensure smooth customer adoption.
  • Design and implement technical solutions tailored to customers’ specific AI/ML workloads.
  • Provide troubleshooting and support for technical issues, optimizing solutions for performance and scalability.
  • Develop and maintain technical content such as documentation, demos, and articles to support customers and internal teams.

Required Skills and Ideal Candidate:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in a Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or similar role.
  • Proven ability to build tools and products for engineers and developers.
  • Strong customer-first mentality with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Results-driven and self-directed, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow alongside a constantly evolving AI landscape.
