**Role Overview:** We are seeking an experienced Tech Lead Manager to lead our engineering team at Freed. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding our team of engineers, making architectural decisions, and ensuring the technical success of our products. You will work closely with product managers and other stakeholders to define and implement technical solutions that meet our users' needs.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead and mentor a team of software engineers
- Design and implement technical architecture for our AI platform
- Collaborate with product managers to define feature requirements and roadmaps
- Ensure high-quality code and technical excellence
- Manage project timelines and resources

- Proven experience leading engineering teams in fast-paced environments
- Strong technical background in software engineering and architecture

**Compensation:** The estimated pay range for this role is $160,000 - $220,000, with potential for equity.
