Role Description:
As a Fullstack Software Engineer, you will work across our entire stack (React, TypeScript, Node.js) to build and improve features for our AI scribe product and future offerings. You'll take end-to-end ownership of projects, designing, implementing, testing, and deploying code. You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality, user-friendly experiences that directly impact clinician happiness and efficiency. Responsibilities include developing front-end interfaces, building backend APIs, managing databases, and ensuring the scalability and reliability of our applications.

Ideal Candidate:
You have strong experience building modern web applications using React, TypeScript, and Node.js.
You are comfortable working across the entire stack, from user interface to database.
You value clean code, automated testing, and rapid iteration.
You possess a strong sense of ownership and can drive projects independently from conception to completion.
You have excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for building products that solve real-world problems.
Experience with AI/ML technologies (ASR, LLMs) or healthcare tech/HIPAA compliance is a plus, but not required.
You thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and align with our culture of speed and responsibility.
You are eager to work in our SF or NYC office in a hybrid model (3 days/week in-person).
