Role Overview: In this role, you’ll contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of our core investing platform. You’ll work on critical systems for trade execution, clearing, settlement, and asset servicing, ensuring they meet the needs of our expanding user base.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect, implement, and maintain backend services for our trading infrastructure
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and solutions
• Optimize system performance, scalability, and reliability
• Guide and mentor junior engineers on technical best practices
• Participate in code reviews and design discussions
• Stay current with industry trends and apply them to our platform
• Ensure systems meet stringent reliability and security standards

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of professional backend engineering experience
• Strong expertise in TypeScript, Node.js, and relational databases
• Proven ability to design and implement scalable systems
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Solid understanding of distributed systems and microservices architecture
• Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills
• Experience with financial technology systems is a plus
