**About Frontend.co:** Frontend.co is building an AI-powered Shopify development platform that uses Next.js and Tailwind to generate full-stack applications for Shopify-connected storefronts. We're looking for experienced engineers to help us scale our platform and improve our AI capabilities.

**Role Overview:** As a Part-Time Full-Stack Engineer at Frontend.co, you'll contribute to our mission of simplifying Shopify development through AI. This role offers flexibility while allowing you to make a significant impact on our growing platform.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and maintain features for our AI-powered platform
- Build and enhance frontend components using Next.js and Tailwind
- Extend backend services with Ruby on Rails and TypeScript
- Optimize database interactions and application performance
- Collaborate with the team to implement new product ideas
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise
- Mentor other team members and share knowledge
- Stay current with web technologies and apply them to our platform

**Required Skills:**
- 5+ years of software development experience
- Proficiency in TypeScript, Next.js, and Tailwind CSS
- Experience with Ruby on Rails and PostgreSQL
- Understanding of API design and integration principles
- Solid knowledge of frontend technologies including React, JavaScript, and CSS
- Familiarity with Supabase or similar database solutions
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to write clean, maintainable code
- Experience with cloud infrastructure and deployment
