Staff Full Stack Engineer

Join Fulcrum, a rapidly growing Series A2 funded startup ($18m raised from Bessemer, Battery, Motivate) building the manufacturing operating system of the future. Based in Minneapolis (Hybrid) or Remote (US), we're tackling a massive market with a mission to bring simplicity, efficiency, and integration to a core industry using modern technology (C#, Angular, Vue, serverless TypeScript). **The Role:** As a Staff Full Stack Engineer, you will be a technical leader, playing a crucial role in designing, developing, and deploying complex features across our entire stack. You'll tackle challenging architectural problems, mentor other engineers, and drive technical excellence while building software that directly impacts manufacturers' ability to work smarter and innovate faster. We empower our engineers, and as a Staff Engineer, you will significantly influence our product and technical direction.

**Responsibilities:**
*   Lead the design and implementation of robust, scalable web applications using C#, Angular, Vue, and serverless TypeScript.
*   Take ownership of major features and technical initiatives through the entire software development lifecycle.
*   Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define technical strategy and deliver high-impact features.
*   Write clean, maintainable, well-tested, and exemplary code.
*   Mentor Senior and other engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and knowledge sharing.
*   Drive architectural decisions and help shape the future of manufacturing software in a massive, underserved market.

**Ideal Candidate:**
*   Has significant professional experience (typically 8+ years) building and scaling modern web applications (frontend and backend), with a track record of technical leadership.
*   Intensely smart with exceptional problem-solving skills and deep technical expertise.
*   Highly proficient in modern web technologies (experience in our specific stack - C#, Angular, Vue, TypeScript - is a strong plus, but we prioritize talent and leadership potential).
*   Demonstrates strong autonomy, takes ownership, and excels in a collaborative environment.
*   Exhibits strong empathy, excellent communication, and mentoring skills.
*   Passionate about building elegant, user-centric products and solving complex technical challenges.
