Company: Gather Flora is innovating tools to drive supply chain efficiency, beginning in the highly fragmented floriculture marketplace. We’ve shipped software infrastructure for farm-to-florist supply in multiple regional markets, serving 90+ farms and driving over $1MM in sales. Now, we’re scaling past our proof of concept to build tools for a global supply network with seamless order matching, quoting + payments, logistics, and product traceability.

Role: We are seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer with a front-end leaning. You’ll be engineering features like complex inventory projections, real-time marketplace matching, and logistics optimization. There are plenty of greenfield opportunities as we build out our platform.

Requirements & Ideal Candidate: The ideal candidate has 5+ years of professional software engineering experience. Experience working in small or early-stage teams is preferred. You should be comfortable across the stack but have a particular strength or interest in front-end development. Experience with supply chain, marketplaces, or logistics systems is a plus but not required.
