We offer competitive benefits including stock options, health insurance, a free phone plan, and support for your remote setup. **About the Role: Solutions Engineer** As a Solutions Engineer at Gigs, you will be the technical expert guiding prospective and existing customers on how to best leverage the Gigs platform. You'll bridge the gap between our product capabilities and customer needs, designing solutions and ensuring successful integration and adoption. **Responsibilities:** * Act as a technical advisor to the sales team during the pre-sales process. * Understand customer requirements and architect solutions using the Gigs platform and APIs. * Deliver compelling technical demonstrations and presentations. * Assist customers with technical integration and onboarding. * Provide technical support during proof-of-concepts and post-sales. * Gather customer feedback and collaborate with product and engineering teams to influence the product roadmap. * Develop technical documentation, guides, and best practices. **Requirements:** * Proven experience in a Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, Technical Consultant, or similar customer-facing technical role. * Strong understanding of APIs (RESTful), web technologies, and software integration principles. * Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills. * Ability to understand complex technical concepts and explain them clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. * Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically about customer needs. * Experience in telecom or connectivity is a plus. **Ideal Candidate:** * Enjoys interacting with customers and solving their technical challenges. * Combines technical depth with strong business acumen. * Thrives in a fast-paced, remote-friendly startup environment. * Aligns with Gigs' operating principles: Abstract Complexity, Bond to Build, Aim for Epic, Cultivate Resilience. * Self-motivated and able to manage multiple customer engagements concurrently.
