**About Gigs:** Gigs is building the operating system for mobile services, enabling tech companies to seamlessly embed connectivity into their products. We are a YC W21 startup transforming the telecom industry by making connectivity seamless, universally accessible, and affordable.

**About The Role:** As a Senior Product Manager at Gigs, you will own the product lifecycle for our mobile services. You will work closely with engineering, design, and sales teams to define and execute on product strategy that delivers value to our customers.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Define product vision and strategy
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis
- Gather and prioritize product requirements
- Work with design and engineering to implement features
- Measure product performance and iterate based on data
- Develop and maintain product roadmaps
- Collaborate with sales and customer success teams
- Present product updates and strategy to stakeholders
- Stay informed about industry trends and customer needs

**Required Skills:**
- Proven experience in product management
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Experience with agile product development
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
- Knowledge of product analytics tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude)
- Familiarity with telecom or connectivity products
- Experience with user research and personas

**Ideal Candidate:**
- Track record of successful product launches
- Deep understanding of the product development process
- Experience building products for B2B or enterprise markets
- Ability to balance short-term goals with long-term vision
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Experience with JTBD (Jobs to Be Done) framework
- Familiarity with SQL and data analysis
- Portfolio demonstrating product strategy and execution
