**About The Role:** As an Implementation Manager at Gigs, you will oversee the successful deployment of our mobile services for enterprise clients. You will ensure that our solutions meet customer requirements and drive satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage the implementation lifecycle for enterprise clients
- Coordinate with sales, product, and engineering teams
- Develop and document implementation processes
- Train and support customer implementation teams
- Monitor implementation progress and identify risks
- Gather feedback and drive improvements
- Manage client relationships and account development

**Required Skills:**
- Experience in implementation or project management
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Familiarity with enterprise software deployment
- Experience with CRM and project management tools
- Understanding of telecom services and integration
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments

**Ideal Candidate:**
- Proven track record in managing complex implementations
- Experience with SaaS or enterprise software
