About The Role: As an Implementation Manager at Gigs, you will oversee the successful deployment of our mobile services for enterprise clients. You will ensure that our solutions meet customer requirements and drive satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the implementation lifecycle for enterprise clients
• Coordinate with sales, product, and engineering teams
• Develop and document implementation processes
• Train and support customer implementation teams
• Monitor implementation progress and identify risks
• Gather feedback and drive improvements
• Manage client relationships and account development

Required Skills:

• Experience in implementation or project management
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Familiarity with enterprise software deployment
• Experience with CRM and project management tools
• Understanding of telecom services and integration
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments
