About The Role: We’re seeking an Implementation Manager to oversee the successful deployment and integration of our platform with our customers. You’ll ensure that customer implementations align with business objectives and deliver value to both the customer and Gigs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end customer implementation process
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their business needs
  • Coordinate resources and timelines for successful project delivery
  • Train customer teams on platform usage and best practices
  • Monitor implementation performance and gather feedback
  • Continuously improve implementation processes and methodologies

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience in project management and implementation
  • Strong customer relationship management skills
  • Experience with telecom or SaaS implementations
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
  • Technical understanding of our platform capabilities
  • Experience with remote project management
  • Portfolio demonstrating successful implementation leadership

Ideal Candidate:

  • 5+ years of experience in project management or implementation consulting
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
  • Experience managing complex, cross-functional projects
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to work with technical teams to understand platform capabilities
  • Experience scaling implementation processes
  • Familiarity with CRM and project management tools
