**About The Role:** As a Customer Success Manager, you will help customers use our product successfully, coordinate with key decision-makers, act as a bridge between customers and our Product/Engineering teams, and support our sales efforts.

**Responsibilities:**
- Help customers use our product successfully to make their LLM Agents more secure & reliable.
- Coordinate with key decision-makers across customer organizations.
- Act as the bridge between customers and our Product and R&D teams.
- Support Giskard's sales & marketing team with customer stories.

**Requirements:**
- Minimum of 3 years in Customer Success or Consulting roles in Data/AI/Cybersecurity companies.
- Demonstrated project management skills with technical stakeholders.
- Experience managing AI projects involving LLMs.
- Outstanding communication skills in English and French.

**Bonus:** Experience in early-stage startups, proficiency in German.

**Compensation:** Estimated pay range is €70K-€100K/year (annual) + equity. Roles are based in France with EU work permit required.
