**About Giskard:** Giskard is the testing platform to continuously secure LLM agents, preventing hallucinations and security issues. We help enterprises comply with regulations like the EU AI Act and have received strategic investments from the European Commission and Bpifrance.

**About The Role:** As an Enterprise Account Executive for the DACH market, you will scale our platform in large enterprises, engaging with CDOs, CTOs, and AI leaders to drive business growth.

**Responsibilities:**
- Drive pipeline generation and meet revenue goals.
- Lead qualification and demos for large enterprises.
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with GenAI leaders.
- Manage complex deal cycles involving procurement and legal processes.
- Provide feedback to shape product roadmap.
- Maintain pipeline health in CRM.

**Requirements:**
- Minimum 5 years in software sales at B2B tech companies.
- Proven ability to sell high-value ARR deals to large corporations in DACH region.
- Fluent in German and English.
- Comfortable with technical discussions and consultative selling.
- Excellent communication skills and coachability.

**Compensation:** Estimated pay range is €60K-€75K/year (gross) + variable component + equity. Requires EU work permit and ability to travel to Paris.
