Giskard defends the vision of a Responsible AI that serves the economic performance of companies while respecting the rights of citizens. We are building a holistic testing platform for AI professionals to evaluate the quality & security of Generative AI applications based on Large Language Models (LLMs). Since 2021, we've been building based on open-source foundations (4K+ stars on GitHub) and pushing the frontier of applied AI Safety & Security research, helping major customers like BPCE, SG, AXA, Michelin secure their GenAI applications. We've raised €1.5M in 2022, received €3M from the European Commission in 2023, and won a €3M grant in 2024 with partners like Mistral AI.

**Missions:**
Working directly with Giskard's co-founders, your missions will be to:
* Help customers use our product successfully to make their LLM Agents more secure & reliable.
* Coordinate with key decision-makers among our customers, from initial product evaluation and onboarding, to continuous usage and renewals.
* Act as the bridge between our customers and Giskard's Product and R&D team.
* Support Giskard's sales & marketing team with customer stories and hands-on product knowledge.

**Requirements:**
* Located in France or willing to relocate. Must have an EU work permit and speak French.
* Minimum of 3 years' experience in Customer Success or Consulting roles.
* Demonstrated project management skills within large organizations and handling various technical stakeholders.
* Experience managing AI projects, ideally involving Large Language Models.
* Outstanding communication skills in both English and French, in written and verbal form.
* Bonus: experience in early-stage startups (<50 employees).
* Bonus: proficiency in German.
