Software Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to customers using our platform
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across our infrastructure
• Collaborate with our engineering team to improve product stability
• Document support processes and knowledge base articles
• Monitor system performance and identify potential improvement areas

Required Skills:

• Experience with troubleshooting distributed systems
• Understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Kubernetes)
• Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities
• Familiarity with monitoring tools and practices

Ideal Candidate:

• 3+ years of experience in technical support or customer success
• Background in software development or DevOps
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies
• Patient and empathetic communication style
• Experience with customer relationship management
