**About The Role:** We are seeking a Sales Engineer to join our team and assist with highly technical customer conversations. In this role, you will bridge the gap between our product and potential customers, demonstrating our identity solutions and addressing technical questions to help drive sales.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Conduct technical demonstrations and presentations for prospective customers
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and tailor solutions
- Provide in-depth product knowledge and technical support during the sales cycle
- Develop and present case studies and ROI analyses
- Gather customer feedback and relay it to the engineering team
- Assist in the rollout and onboarding of new customers

**Required Skills and Ideal Candidate:**
- Proven experience in sales or technical account management
- Strong technical aptitude with a solid understanding of identity and access management
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience with SaaS products and the sales process
- Ability to build rapport with customers and understand their business needs
- Familiarity with open-source identity solutions like authentik would be a plus
