Job Description: We are seeking a Tech Lead Engineer to lead our engineering team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building scalable and reliable systems. You will be responsible for driving technical strategy, mentoring engineers, and ensuring the quality of our product.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of our platform.
• Mentor and guide engineers, sharing best practices and design principles.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to define and implement new features.
• Ensure the technical excellence and robustness of our systems.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6+ years of experience in software engineering.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience with Node, Typescript, MySQL, REST/GraphQL, Vue.js, AWS, Docker/K8s.
• Proven ability to manage projects and teams.

Salary: $100,000 - $160,000 (partially location-dependent)
