About The Role: As a Product Designer at Goji Labs, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our product offerings. You will partner with product managers, developers, and clients to define requirements, conduct research, and architect solutions that deliver exceptional user experiences. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical thinking, and technical understanding to create products that not only look great but also solve meaningful problems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate workshops to uncover user needs and define problem contexts
• Conduct comprehensive UX research including interviews, usability tests, and competitive analyses
• Translate research findings into actionable design requirements and constraints
• Explore solutions through journey mapping, story mapping, and various sketching techniques
• Create high-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, and design specifications
• Collaborate with engineering to ensure designs are implemented effectively
• Develop and maintain design systems for consistency and scalability
• Gather and incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine designs
• Optimize internal processes to improve design efficiency and collaboration

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in UX/UI design and user research methodologies
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UX research, user-centered design, and visual design skills
• Experience creating interactive prototypes that effectively communicate design concepts
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Ability to work independently while being part of a cross-functional team
• Understanding of design systems and component libraries
