About the Role: We are seeking a Founding AI Agent Engineer to join our team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing AI agents that power our golf simulation technology. Your work will directly impact the user experience, from swing analysis to real-time coaching.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop AI models for swing analysis and prediction
• Collaborate with the product team to define requirements for AI features
• Optimize AI algorithms for real-time performance on mobile devices
• Integrate AI models into the Golf Daddy app to provide feedback and coaching
• Mentor other engineers on AI best practices

Requirements:

• Proven experience in AI and machine learning with a focus on real-time applications
• Strong programming skills in Python or similar languages
• Experience with model deployment on mobile platforms
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced startup environment
• Passion for golf and technology

What You’ll Do:

• Build and train machine learning models to analyze golf swings and predict ball flight
• Develop AI-powered coaching features that provide personalized feedback to users
• Optimize algorithms for performance on mobile devices
• Work closely with the product team to define requirements for new AI features
• Present technical designs to stakeholders and team members
