We empower independent candidates with free campaign tools, data analytics, and outreach services to level the playing field.

**About The Role:** We are seeking an Account Executive to join our Growth team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, building strong relationships with existing clients, and driving revenue growth for the company. You will be the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs, and helping them leverage GoodParty.org tools to run successful campaigns.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to enhance client value
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals
- Track and report on sales activities and performance
- Manage the sales pipeline and forecast revenue
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction

**Required Skills and Ideal Candidate:**
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in tech or SaaS
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build rapport and trust with diverse clients
- Experience in prospecting and lead generation
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Proficiency in CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot
- Experience in fundraising or B2B sales is a plus
- Passion for democracy and making an impact

**Compensation:** The estimated pay range for this role is $80,000 - $120,000, plus commission and benefits.
