About The Role: We are seeking a Data Scientist to join our Operations team. In this role, you will analyze large datasets to extract insights that help our clients win their campaigns. You will design and implement data visualization solutions using Tableau to help users understand complex electoral data.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze voter data and campaign performance metrics
• Develop predictive models to forecast election outcomes
• Create interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau
• Identify patterns and trends in political data
• Collaborate with product teams to enhance data-driven features
• Communicate complex findings to non-technical stakeholders
• Optimize data pipelines and storage solutions
• Stay current with advancements in data science and visualization

Required Skills and Ideal Candidate:

• Master’s degree or equivalent experience in a quantitative field
• Proficiency in Python, R, or SQL for data analysis
• Strong experience with Tableau for data visualization
• Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and statistical modeling
• Experience working with large datasets and databases
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies
• Experience in political data analysis is a plus

Compensation: The estimated pay range for this role is $90,000 - $130,000, plus benefits.
