**About The Role:** We are seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to join our Growth team. In this role, you will oversee our marketing operations, ensuring that all marketing initiatives are executed efficiently and effectively. You will manage marketing technology stacks and optimize processes to support our growth objectives.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage and optimize marketing technology stacks
- Develop and maintain marketing processes and workflows
- Oversee marketing campaign execution and tracking
- Improve marketing attribution and reporting
- Collaborate with marketing teams to enhance campaign performance
- Manage vendor relationships and budget allocation
- Ensure compliance with marketing regulations and standards
- Drive operational excellence in marketing activities

**Required Skills and Ideal Candidate:**
- 5+ years of experience in marketing operations or a related field
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools like HubSpot or Marketo
- Experience managing marketing budgets and vendor relationships
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Data-driven approach to operational decisions
- Experience in scaling marketing operations is a plus
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Passion for enabling independent candidates to win

**Compensation:** The estimated pay range for this role is $100,000 - $140,000, plus benefits.
