Part-time Finance & Operations Manager

**About The Role:** We are seeking a Part-time Finance & Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will oversee our financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. You will also manage day-to-day operations to ensure the company runs smoothly.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage financial planning and budgeting processes
- Prepare financial reports and analyze financial data
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable
- Implement and maintain financial controls and procedures
- Support fundraising efforts with financial projections
- Manage operational workflows and processes
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations
- Provide financial guidance to team members

**Required Skills and Ideal Candidate:**
- 5+ years of experience in finance or operations management
- Strong background in financial reporting and analysis
- Experience with accounting software and financial systems
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision in a remote setting
- Experience in non-profit or SaaS finance is a plus
- Passion for supporting democratic processes

**Compensation:** The estimated pay range for this role is $60,000 - $90,000, plus benefits.
