Senior Product Manager

**About The Role:** We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our Product team. In this role, you will lead the product development process, defining roadmaps and features that address our users' needs. You will work closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to bring our vision to life.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Define and prioritize product features and roadmaps
- Conduct user research and gather customer feedback
- Collaborate with engineering to ensure timely delivery
- Create and maintain product specifications
- Measure product performance and iterate based on data
- Manage the product lifecycle from conception to launch
- Represent customer needs to technical teams
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape

**Required Skills and Ideal Candidate:**
- 5+ years of experience as a product manager
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Experience in agile product development methodologies
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Ability to translate user needs into technical requirements
- Experience in SaaS or tech product management is a plus
- Passion for democratizing access to political tools

**Compensation:** The estimated pay range for this role is $110,000 - $150,000, plus equity and benefits.
