We are looking for an Analytics Engineer to join our team and help build the next generation of campaign tools.

Role Overview: As an Analytics Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing data pipelines and analytical tools that help independent candidates understand voter data, optimize their campaigns, and increase their chances of winning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop data pipelines to collect, process, and analyze campaign data.
• Build and maintain analytical tools that provide actionable insights for independent candidates.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to identify data needs and implement solutions.
• Optimize data infrastructure for scalability and performance.
• Create dashboards and reports to visualize campaign metrics and trends.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and data engineering tools like Airflow or dbt.
• Experience with big data technologies such as Spark or Kafka.
• Strong knowledge of data modeling and database design.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or GCP.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
