We are looking for a User Success Manager to join our team and help ensure our users achieve their goals.
Role Overview: As a User Success Manager, you will be responsible for onboarding and supporting our users to ensure they get the most out of our platform. You will work to build strong relationships with our users and help them succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Onboard new users and provide training on our platform.
- Monitor user adoption and engagement.
- Gather feedback from users and relay to product teams.
- Develop and implement user success strategies.
- Troubleshoot user issues and provide support.
