**About The Role:** We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join our customer success team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients, helping them resolve issues and maximize the value of our platform.

**Responsibilities:**
* Provide technical support to clients via email, chat, and phone
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our platform
* Assist clients in implementing and configuring our solutions
* Document issues and resolutions in our ticketing system
* Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure timely resolution of complex issues

**Requirements:**
* 2+ years of experience in technical support or customer success
* Strong technical background with knowledge of software and infrastructure
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) tools

**Nice-to-have:**
* Experience with payment processing systems
* Familiarity with our platform or similar technologies
