Our platform is cloud-based and offers full control over the payment stack, enabling businesses to create bespoke checkout experiences.

About The Role: We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join our customer success team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients in the Asia-Pacific region, helping them resolve issues and maximize the value of our platform.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to clients in the APAC region via email, chat, and phone
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our platform
  • Assist clients in implementing and configuring our solutions
  • Document issues and resolutions in our ticketing system
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure timely resolution of complex issues

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in technical support or customer success
  • Strong technical background with knowledge of software and infrastructure
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience supporting clients in the Asia-Pacific region

Nice-to-have:

  • Experience with payment processing systems
  • Familiarity with our platform or similar technologies
  • Fluent in English and at least one major language spoken in the APAC region
