**About The Role:** We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join our customer success team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients in the Asia-Pacific region, helping them resolve issues and maximize the value of our platform.

**Responsibilities:**
* Provide technical support to clients in the APAC region via email, chat, and phone
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our platform
* Assist clients in implementing and configuring our solutions
* Document issues and resolutions in our ticketing system
* Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure timely resolution of complex issues

**Requirements:**
* 2+ years of experience in technical support or customer success
* Strong technical background with knowledge of software and infrastructure
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Experience supporting clients in the Asia-Pacific region

**Nice-to-have:**
* Experience with payment processing systems
* Familiarity with our platform or similar technologies
* Fluent in English and at least one major language spoken in the APAC region
