About The Role: We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join our customer success team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients in the Asia-Pacific region, helping them resolve issues and maximize the value of our platform.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients in the APAC region via email, chat, and phone
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our platform
- Assist clients in implementing and configuring our solutions
- Document issues and resolutions in our ticketing system
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure timely resolution of complex issues
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in technical support or customer success
- Strong technical background with knowledge of software and infrastructure
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience supporting clients in the Asia-Pacific region
Nice-to-have:
- Experience with payment processing systems
- Familiarity with our platform or similar technologies
- Fluent in English and at least one major language spoken in the APAC region
