**The Role:**
Granola is expanding! We are looking for an experienced iOS Engineer to lead the development of our native iOS application. You will be responsible for building the Granola experience for iPhone and iPad from the ground up, working closely with our design, product, and backend teams. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape a key part of our product offering and bring Granola's AI-powered note-taking capabilities to mobile users.

**Responsibilities:**
- Design and build the Granola application for the iOS platform.
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of the application.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
- Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
- Integrate with backend APIs and potentially work with on-device AI models.

**Ideal Candidate:**
- Proven working experience in iOS app development (Swift, Objective-C).
- Deep familiarity with Cocoa Touch, Core Data, Core Animation, and other iOS frameworks.
- Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect iOS applications to back-end services.
- Understanding of Apple’s design principles and interface guidelines.
- Experience with performance and memory tuning tools.
- Passion for building user-friendly mobile applications.
- Based in or willing to relocate to London, UK (On-site role with flexibility).
