About Graphite: Graphite is a developer tooling company that helps engineering teams run faster, cleaner code reviews. We are building Graphite to help high-performing engineering teams run faster, cleaner code reviews. Our product is already used by some of the world’s best developers, and we’re just getting started! We’re hiring experienced software engineers (Mid-level and Senior) across the stack who care deeply about code quality, system design, and scaling software responsibly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement new features for the code review platform
  • Collaborate with product and design teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of the code review tool
  • Optimize the code review process using AI-driven workflows and developer tooling
  • Mentor junior engineers and share knowledge about best practices
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a software engineer (Mid-level or Senior)
  • Strong background in software engineering principles and best practices
  • Experience with code review processes and tools
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with AI-driven workflows or developer tooling is a plus
