Associate Data Engineer

About Ground Signal: Ground Signal processes billions of records to deliver actionable insights for the beverage alcohol industry. As an Associate Data Engineer, you’ll play a key role in building and maintaining our data infrastructure. You’ll design and implement data pipelines using Python and SQL, work with PostgreSQL and ClickHouse databases, and contribute to our data transformation processes with dbt. Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop data pipelines using Python and SQL
• Build and maintain database schemas using PostgreSQL and ClickHouse
• Implement data transformation processes with dbt
• Collaborate with data analysts and scientists to meet their requirements
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and performance
• Troubleshoot and optimize data processing systems

Required Skills:

• 3-5 years of experience as a Data Engineer
• Proficiency in Python and SQL
• Experience with database systems (PostgreSQL, ClickHouse)
• Knowledge of data transformation tools (dbt)
• Understanding of ETL processes and data warehousing
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
