Role: Staff Engineer - Full Stack

We are hiring a Staff Engineer to join our senior team. This role involves building and shaping Guilde's core product, and you will be dogfooding the product daily. We value a bias towards shipping and seek creative, optimistic, curious, rigorous, and diligent individuals with grit.

Responsibilities:
- Creating agentic workflows using our proprietary frameworks & LLMs.
- Developing internal tools to extract value from LLMs.
- Feature development, such as leveraging SQL AST systems to provide tools to LLMs and users, and GitHub code checks for Postgres.
- Building integrations with tools like Datadog, Slack, etc.

Requirements:
- Must have significant backend experience operating at scale.
- Experience as a Full Stack Engineer.
- Proficiency with our tech stack: Golang, Postgres, MCP servers.
- Enjoys dogfooding products.
- Strong bias towards shipping and execution.
- Creative, optimistic, curious, rigorous, diligent, and possesses grit.
