**About the Role:**  
We are seeking a Senior Data Scientist to join our innovation team. In this role, you will design and implement machine learning models, analyze healthcare data, and develop data-driven solutions that directly impact patient care and operational excellence.  

**Key Responsibilities:**  
- Design and implement machine learning models for healthcare applications  
- Develop and maintain data pipelines for processing and analyzing healthcare data  
- Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to identify data-driven opportunities  
- Build predictive analytics solutions to improve patient outcomes and operational efficiency  
- Ensure model fairness, accuracy, and compliance with healthcare regulations  
- Translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders  
- Lead data analysis projects and mentor junior data scientists  

**Required Skills & Qualifications:**  
- Proven experience designing and deploying ML models in production environments  
- Deep expertise in Python, statistical modeling, and machine learning frameworks  
- Experience with healthcare data (EHR, claims, IoT) and relevant standards (HIPAA, FHIR)  
- Strong background in data engineering, including data warehousing and ETL/ELT processes  
- Demonstrated ability to work with unstructured and structured data sources  
- 7+ years of data science or ML engineering experience with healthcare focus  
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
