About The Role: We are seeking a Full-stack Engineer to join our growing team. This role involves designing and implementing features for our asset tracking and project management platform. You’ll wear multiple hats, combining technical expertise with product thinking. You’ll work on building scalable, reliable systems while collaborating with cross-functional teams. This position requires someone who is comfortable “figuring it out” as they develop innovative solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement new features for our asset tracking and project management platform
- Collaborate with the product team to define requirements and prioritize development tasks
- Build and maintain a high-performance, scalable backend using Go
- Develop user-friendly interfaces using TypeScript and modern frontend frameworks
- Optimize database performance and ensure the reliability of our systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise in production
- Work closely with our AI/ML team to integrate intelligent features into our platform
- Mentor junior engineers and share knowledge
Requirements:
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
- 3+ years of experience with Go
- 1+ year of experience with TypeScript
- 6+ months of working with AI-assisted IDEs and tools
- Strong understanding of software architecture and design patterns
- Experience with both frontend and backend development
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to deliver projects on time and within scope
Compensation: The estimated pay range for this role is $150,000 - $180,000. This position is eligible for equity participation and comprehensive benefits including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
