Helpcare AI (YC F24) is on a mission to improve the world's capacity for care, aiming to 3x the care Americans receive. We build Autonomous Agents for Care Coordination: David (Data Agent) analyzes patient records, and Angelica (Admin Agent) contacts and schedules patients using phone and text in multiple languages. We are a well-funded, remote-first company with a respectful, intelligent, and positive team of A-players, experiencing incredible customer demand. Role & Responsibilities: As a Fullstack Engineer, you will play a crucial role in developing and enhancing our platform. This includes working on our AI agents (David and Angelica), building robust data pipelines, improving patient outreach systems (call/text automation), and developing integrations with healthcare systems like EMRs (e.g., eCW, EPIC) and other APIs. You will contribute across the entire product lifecycle, from conception and design to implementation and deployment in a fast-paced environment. Technical Skills Required: - Strong proficiency in both frontend development (e.g., React, Vue, Angular, HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript) and backend development (e.g., Python, Node.js, Go, Ruby). - Experience designing, building, and consuming APIs (REST, GraphQL). - Solid understanding of databases (SQL/NoSQL) and data modeling. - Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and deployment practices (CI/CD). - Experience with automated testing. - Experience with AI/ML concepts or technologies is a significant plus. - Experience working with healthcare data or systems (EMR/EHR, HEDIS, FHIR) is a plus. Ideal Candidate: We are looking for proactive, intelligent, and positive A-players who are passionate about building impactful products in the healthcare space. You should be comfortable working across the full stack, possess strong problem-solving skills, and be excited by our mission to improve care capacity. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are essential for our remote team.
