Helpcare AI (YC F24), a well-funded startup with incredible customer demand, is seeking a Fullstack Engineer to join their respectful, intelligent, and positive team of A-players.

Company Mission & Product: Helpcare AI aims to improve the world's capacity for care, intending to triple the care Americans receive. They have built Autonomous AI Agents for Care Coordination: "David" analyzes patient records (EMR, Payor data, Referrals) to identify care gaps and needs, while "Angelica" handles patient outreach (calls/texts in 29 languages) and scheduling. The system integrates with tools like eCW and EPIC.

Role & Responsibilities: As a Fullstack Engineer, you will play a key role in developing and enhancing the platform. This involves working across the technology stack to build features for data analysis, AI-driven patient communication, scheduling systems, and integrations with healthcare data sources. You will contribute directly to a product that is already live and making a tangible difference in patient lives.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in full-stack web development is required. Experience with technologies relevant to building scalable web applications, APIs, and potentially interacting with AI/ML models or data pipelines is expected. Familiarity with healthcare data standards (like HEDIS) or EMR integrations is a plus.
