They are expanding into AI Decisioning to help marketers personalize 1:1 customer interactions. **About the Role:** Hiring an ML engineer to build the intelligence layer for data activation. Help companies determine optimal customer messaging (who, what, when) using ML, leveraging Hightouch's access to customer data warehouses. As an early machine learning engineer, you will help build comprehensive solutions from scratch. Responsibilities will be highly varied and include working on customer research, problem definition, predictive modeling, machine learning infrastructure, and partnering with customers. **Responsibilities & Problems:** * Develop Personalization and Product Recommendation systems. * Build Automated Experimentation frameworks. * Create Predictive Audience models (predicting conversion, churn, desired actions). * Explore Content Generation using LLMs for marketing text, images, and creatives. * Design Budget Optimization models to assess marketing spend effectiveness (incremental conversions, marginal CAC). **About You:** Talented, intellectually curious, and motivated ML engineer.
