**About The Role:** As a Software Engineer II at Hinge Health, you will be part of a team that builds and maintains the mobile applications that power the company's digital care platform. You will work on React Native mobile applications that are critical to delivering care to millions of users. This role requires 3+ years of experience as a software engineer and 1+ year of experience specifically with React Native mobile development.

**What You'll Do:**
- Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality React Native mobile applications.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to implement features that enhance the member experience.
- Optimize application performance and ensure scalability and reliability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve bugs in a fast-paced environment.
- Work with backend services to integrate mobile applications with the overall platform.

**What You'll Bring:**
- 3+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- 1+ years of hands-on experience with React Native for mobile application development.
- Strong understanding of JavaScript, ES6, and React.
- Experience with state management in React Native.
- Familiarity with mobile platform APIs (iOS and Android).
- Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
